Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across enterprise and commercial markets
  • Drive outbound engagement and follow up on inbound interest
  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline for NVIDIA AI and GPU infrastructure solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
  • Engage senior stakeholders including CIO, CTO, IT Infrastructure, and data/AI teams
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and activity tracking in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with technical, marketing, and leadership teams across XENON
  • Stay current on NVIDIA technologies, AI trends, and data centre innovation

About You

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or enterprise technology sales
  • Proven hunter mentality with experience driving outbound pipeline
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging senior enterprise stakeholders
  • Interest in AI, data centres, cloud computing, or high performance infrastructure
  • Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets (quota carrying experience preferred)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Business Central) is advantageous
  • Ability to travel within Singapore and Southeast Asia as required

On Offer:

  • Base salary: SGD 150K–200K (depending on experience)
  • OTE: SGD 400K+ with uncapped earning potential
