Job Role

We are currently moving into an exciting period of growth and are seeking a driven and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Your strong commercial acumen and communication skills will enable you to influence key stakeholders


  • Discussing and solution selling around IT infrastructure, Cloud infrastructure, Servers, Managed services, Project services, etc
  • Solve customer’s business problems and responsible for setting and managing client expectations
  • Leverage the network to build strong customer relationships and a strong positive contribution to the company’s bottom-line
  • Ability to open new doors and bring in new logos
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Excellent relationship building capability
  • Generate sufficient activity and be Accountable for revenue growth and exceeding target expectations
  • Create proposals, pricing, quotes for customer requirements
  • Maintain strong reporting on opportunities and pipeline growth within CRM

Experience: You MUST have:

  • Proven track record of several years of new business development and experience selling services and IT infrastructure solutions
  • Proven sales track record
  • A true hunter who is capable to leverage network and generate revenue with minimal leads/marketing support
  • Strong network within IT ecosystem
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Microsoft Nav)
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Time management and planning skills
