XENON is seeking an innovative and experienced sales professional with a validated successful track record of leading enterprise accounts within the banking, finance, utilities, and Government. This full-time position requires close working relationships with XENON solution architects and business development leaders, to drive sustainable financial growth for the company through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
This role requires a strong knowledge of the enterprise business landscape within the ANZ region. This person must have the ability to shift easily from working with c-level executives and key decision makers to data scientists, and IT leaders ( CTO, CIO) at customers and prospects.
What you’ll be doing:
You will be responsible for strategy creation and implementation, forecasting, sales account management, account planning, and enablement to a select number of enterprise customers. Be the key point of contact and relationship owner for a defined set of enterprise customers; identify and prospect new accounts within your specific industry segment.
- Leverage the network to build strong long-term customer relationships.
- Work closely with XENON partners, CSP’s, OEMs, and ISV ecosystem to build and implement go-to-market plans for accelerated growth.
- Contributing to the long-term success of our team by being a collaborative leader and being a great team player .
- Promote XENON’S products and solutions portfolio which includes, accelerated computing platforms, and services to Enterprise customers.
- Ability to travel locally and abroad as needed.
Experience: You MUST have:
- Proven track record of several years of new business development and experience selling services and IT solutions.
- A true connector who is capable to leverage networks and generate revenue with minimal leads/marketing support.
- Strong network within IT ecosystem
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Microsoft Nav)
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills
