Meet with XENON at SCA2025
20 Feb 2025
SupercomputingAsia (SCA) 2025 is poised once again to be the landmark event in the high-performance computing (HPC) community. SCA2025 is scheduled from March 10 to 13, 2025, at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. This annual conference serves as a pivotal platform for HPC professionals, researchers, and industry leaders across Asia and beyond to converge, share insights, and foster collaborations.
A Return to Singapore
After a huge and successful iteration in Sydney, Australia, in 2024, SCA25 returns to its traditional venue in Singapore. The conference is co-organized by leading supercomputing centers from Australia, Japan, Singapore, and Thailand, underscoring its commitment to promoting a vibrant and shared HPC ecosystem in the region. The theme for this year, “HPC and Quantum: Empowering AI, Science, and Innovation,” reflects the conference’s focus on the integration of quantum computing with HPC to drive advancements in artificial intelligence and scientific research.
XENON’s Sponsorship and new Singapore Office
XENON Systems, a prominent provider of HPC and AI solutions, continues its tradition of supporting SCA by participating as a Silver Sponsor for SCA25. Building upon its involvement in previous years, including SCA24 in Sydney, XENON will showcase its latest innovations in HPC infrastructure, addressing critical challenges such as power efficiency, cooling solutions, and system density. Their long term partnership and collaboration with industry giants like NVIDIA highlights their commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions tailored for complex scientific and industrial applications.
XENON is also celebrating the opening of our Singapore office, poised to bring greater service and expertise to our customers across Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
Keynote Speakers and Industry Insights
SCA25 boasts an impressive lineup of keynote speakers, including:
- XENON’s own Dr Werner Scholz, CTO and Head of R&D. Dr Scholz will be exploring management of Hybrid HPC-AI-Quantum Cluster Infrastructures.
- Mr. Charlie Catlett: Senior Computer Scientist at Argonne National Laboratory and the University of Chicago, renowned for his work in integrating HPC with urban and environmental sensing.
- Prof. Jack Dongarra: Professor Emeritus at the University of Tennessee, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and the University of Manchester, and recipient of the 2021 ACM A.M. Turing Award for his contributions to numerical algorithms and software.
- Dr. Rajeeb Hazra: CEO of Quantinuum, with over three decades of experience in supercomputing and quantum technologies.
These thought leaders, among others, will share their expertise on the convergence of HPC, quantum computing, and AI, providing attendees with valuable perspectives on the future of computational sciences.
Networking and Collaborative Opportunities
Beyond the presentations and workshops, SCA25 offers a unique environment for networking and collaboration. Participants can engage with a diverse group of professionals, from academics and researchers to industry practitioners and policymakers. The conference facilitates discussions on emerging trends, challenges, and the future landscape of HPC and quantum computing in Asia.
