Thank You, Cisco Live Melbourne 2025: Four Days of AI Innovation
20 Nov 2025
What a week it’s been! As we pack up our booth and head home from Melbourne, we’re reflecting on four incredible days at Cisco Live APJC 2025 — and we’re buzzing with excitement about the conversations we had, the connections we made and the future of AI infrastructure we witnessed firsthand.
The AI Village Was Alive
From 10-13 November, the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre transformed into the epicentre of Asia-Pacific’s technology innovation. As co-sponsors alongside NVIDIA®, XENON Systems was proud to be part of the AI Village within the World of Solutions.
IT leaders, engineers, innovators and decision-makers from across the region visited our booth, exploring what happens when you combine NVIDIA HGX™ computing power with Cisco’s secure AI networking infrastructure.

Real AI, Real Results
This wasn’t about flashy demos or theoretical possibilities. Our live RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system was running throughout the event, giving visitors hands-on experience with enterprise-grade AI infrastructure built on NVIDIA HGX and Cisco AI networking platforms.
The conversations ranged from first-time AI explorers asking foundational questions to seasoned practitioners diving deep into architectural decisions. Every interaction reinforced what we’ve always believed: AI infrastructure isn’t one-size-fits-all, and the best solutions emerge from understanding specific organisational needs.
Beyond the Booth
The formal sessions provided valuable insights into the industry’s direction. Presentations on AI as critical infrastructure and unified edge computing highlighted the importance of simplified operations that can scale securely.
Networking That Matters
The networking events provided opportunities to connect with the broader ecosystem. The Partner Celebration Dinner, Sponsor Appreciation Event and final Cisco Live Celebration brought together the community driving AI innovation across APJC.

Our Team in Action
Joao Almeida and Troy Smithells represented XENON throughout the four days, from setup to networking events, embodying our company’s commitment to combining deep technical knowledge with genuine engagement.
Looking Forward
As we follow up on conversations and plan next steps with new connections, the appetite for production-ready AI infrastructure in the APJC region is clear.
The questions we fielded were practical and specific — focused on network security, performance considerations, scaling challenges and industry-specific requirements. These are the questions that drive our work and why partnerships with companies like NVIDIA and Cisco matter.
Thank You
To everyone who visited our booth, asked questions, shared their challenges and explored possibilities with us — thank you.
To the Cisco Live team who created an exceptional event experience, to our partners at NVIDIA who continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible, and to the broader technology community working to make AI accessible and deployable — thank you.
To our team, particularly Joao and Troy, who represented XENON throughout the event — thank you.
