Since 2009, XENON has purchased carbon offsets from Carbon Neutral as part of our efforts to be a more sustainable and drive down our net carbon emissions. These carbon offsets combined with the solar panels on our roof help offset the carbon produced in our operations.

Carbon Neutral is making a big impact in the West Australian landscape, through on-going planting in the Yarra Yarra Biodiversity Corridor. Carbon Neutral has been working this 200km stretch of reforestation since 2008, and to date has planted 30 million trees and shrubs, over 13,500 hectares. This reforestation creates valuable habitat for a variety of animals, and as time goes on the diversity across the flora and fauna increases as the area “re-wilds”.
