Please complete the form below for all types of support – Product faults or returns, Professional Services, and Managed Services.

In relation to product returns:

  • Note that all credit returns must be returned in pristine and saleable condition otherwise credit may be rejected. All defective goods must be properly packed when returned.
  • XENON Systems Pty Ltd will reject any return goods that have sustained physical damage – not including manufacturing faults.
  • All RAs are valid for 14 days. Please mark RA number clearly on the outside of the shipping carton otherwise goods will be returned to sender.
