Thank You, SCA 2026: Reflecting on Our Week in Osaka
02 Feb 2026
The energy. The ideas. The connections. That’s what stays with us as we reflect on our week at SCA/HPCAsia 2026 in Osaka.
From the moment our XENON team opened the doors at booth S-20, we knew this conference was going to be something special. As the coffee began flowing on day one, so did conversations about the future of high-performance computing, artificial intelligence infrastructure, and the emerging convergence with quantum computing that’s reshaping our industry.
Four Days of Meaningful Exchange
Walking the exhibition floor each day revealed a community energized by possibility. Whether it was discussions on scaling AI workloads, GPU-accelerated systems, or the next generation of HPC architectures, the momentum never faltered.
We had the pleasure of connecting with familiar faces and meeting new partners—from the teams at NVIDIA®️ and Versity Software to researchers and practitioners from across the region, all grappling with the same critical questions about how to build infrastructure for tomorrow’s challenges.
What impressed us most was the depth of thinking on display. Keynotes from visionary leaders like Hiroaki Kitano on AI as a scientist and Mateo Valero on the future of computer architecture set the tone for sessions that were equally thought-provoking. Storage systems for AI-driven science, performance engineering for AI workloads, the fascinating conversations in the “Fishbowl Panel”—it all pointed to a field in transformation.
What We Learned
This conference crystallized something we’ve long believed: the future of advanced computing isn’t siloed. It’s convergent. The intersection of HPC, AI, and quantum computing isn’t a distant possibility—it’s happening now. And the teams working at that intersection are some of the brightest minds in technology.
Every conversation at booth S-20 reinforced why we’re so passionate about what we do. Whether someone was working through the challenges of scaling AI infrastructure or exploring next-generation compute architectures, they were pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. And we were honored to be part of those discussions.
Thank You
To everyone who took the time to stop by our booth and share their challenges, insights, and vision for the future: thank you. To our partners and the broader community that made SCA 2026 such a vibrant gathering: thank you. To the organizers who created a space where ideas could flourish and connections could deepen: thank you.
This is why we do what we do. Not just to build better systems, but to be part of a community pushing the boundaries of human knowledge and capability.
SCA 2026 was just the beginning. Let’s keep the conversation going.
